Refund & returns policy
As a Sole Sisters customer, you have the right to change your mind about a purchase and return an item for a refund under certain conditions.
To qualify for a return, the sneakers must be in the same unused condition as when you received them, with original packaging and the brand’s authentication tags intact.
If you decide to return your order, simply email us at help@solesisterss.com with your order number and reason for return within 14 days. We’ll send you a returns label, and the return shipping cost (£8.99) will be deducted from your refund.
If there’s an issue with your order, such as a faulty item, we’ll cover the return shipping in line with UK and European regulations.
